Tall, dark, handsome… and seedy

I made a new friend on my street while out on a walk tonight:

And then a shot from my vertically-challenged point of view…

There were other sunflowers in this yard, but this guy dwarfed all his neighbours. Nuts, huh?!

    amazing isn’t it?! Sunflowers can grow to be so damn big – my mom used to grow them in our yard when i was in highschool – they covered our whole front door sometimes!

    Haha! Your headline cracked me up. My aunt used to grow sunflowers… red ones! They were beautiful.
