Oh BABY!
Two days until my first two craft shows of the summer, where I’ll be carting along my new re{VERB] wears, my wears from last year, plus these (cute kiddos not included!):
I was getting asked about baby and kids’ stuff over the last year, enough so that I decided to bite the bullet and give it a shot. The jack and jill line is also so fitting for kids that it would’ve been a shame never to try it, since each design contains lines from children’s verses.
So I simplified three of last year’s most popular designs (We all fall down — trees, Jiggety jig — squid, and See how they run — audiotape), and silkscreened them onto onesies (3-6 mo. / 6-12 mo. / 12-18 mo.) and tees (sizes 2 and 4). As with the re[VERB] shirts, I’ve just begun listing these in my etsy shop.
Again, with the help of some very sweet supportive friends who just happen to have well-behaved and super-cute kids, I can show you how these togs look when worn.
So if you’re in Ottawa this Mother’s Day weekend, drop by one of these events and say hello!
